We ship to the United States by Fedex. In the case of a customs burden, the customer bears this burden. Delivery of the order takes 5-7 working days.

We recommend our gift wrapping for all handbags. Delight your loved ones with our luxurious gift packaging, including a handwritten wish or a personal message.

We pack orders in a cardboard box, which is made of three-layer, five-layer or seven-layer corrugated cardboard. We use environmentally friendly and easily recyclable packaging.
The money will be returned to your account within 30 working days from the moment we receive the returned products.

We ship orders to all member states of the European Union. Shipping costs 180 CZK (7.02 EUR). Orders over 3,000 CZK (160 EUR) include free shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Delivery within the EU takes 2–5 business days.

Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions are personalizations that have been created on the product label or strap. In this case, it is possible to return the product with a fee of CZK 500 (label) or CZK 730 + personalization price (strap).
That the handbags are already produced and are on the way from Italian production. We expect their delivery within one week at the latest.
We want to prevent overproduction, so each of our collections is only available in limited quantities. Production and delivery of products from Italy takes 3-4 weeks.
We work with natural calfskin, which is of the highest quality. With the right care, our products will serve you all your life.

It takes us 1-5 days to personalize the product. It all depends on the quantity of orders we currently have. We always try to keep the waiting time as short as possible.

Delivery within the Czech Republic takes 1–2 business days from the moment your parcel is dispatched. Delivery within the EU takes 2–5 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email address.

Click the "ADD MONOGRAM" button for the given model. We emboss in two sizes - 8 mm and 10 mm. You can choose from several colors - gold, silver, rose gold and blue. Do not hesitate and let the product be distinguished by initials, numbers or zodiac signs. We charge CZK 149 / EUR 6 for each character. 
  1. Use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove any dirt on the product.
  2. After drying, apply a small amount of cleaner to leather products.
  3. Apply a care cream and let the product rest for a few hours.

Try to limit direct contact with water. If it does occur, allow the product to dry slowly and then apply a care cream. Never dry leather products on a radiator or in direct sunlight. This could cause irreversible damage to the leather structure. Remember that regular product care is key.

We want to provide the highest quality products. That is why part of our production is moved to Italy, where the skin receives the best possible care and all the products of the Italian craftsmen are invested in all products.
